The exhibitions entail albums and interviews with collaborators. Face painting and fashion are also inclusive in the event. The organizers have offers for clients and their children. The event attracts men and women where the women wear colorful clothing. There exists a VIP tent where drinks and food are served. At the same time, during entertainment, there are fashion designers who show their clothing. The event also attracts international celebrities (Date, 2015). The strength of the event is its effective customer service. The event provides the clients with a variety of activities. Aside from the horseracing, there are bets, fashion competition and handicapped racing (Melbourne Cup Day, 2015). The fashion competition entails women vying for the best dress and hat title at the event. Opportunities at the event could be in fashion. Therefore, in 2013, there was a parade celebrating the South African Zulu king. Similarly, mystical societies also celebrate on that day. For example, there was a gay and lesbians masked group. At the same time, the event has a strict dress code, which are costumes and masks. In the event, gifts were also awarded such as bracelets, sweets, trinkets, and lingerie. Also, there are people who host a ball on this day (Brennan, 2015). Mardi Gras’ strengths include timing and creativity. The event happens simultaneously with Super Bowl. Equally, the event invites people to showcase their creativity. The event also promotes unity since it gathers diverse cultures and personalities. For music lovers, the festival is the ultimate place to experience live music from various singers. Similar to all festivals, the event has foodstuff and drinks. Similarly, people march on laneways in each town (Baidawi, 2015). Strengths of the event include the platform for new artists and fun. The festival provides for the attendees breathtaking entertainment. Similarly, the event pushes performers to deliver the best music due to the available variety. The timetable and requirements are also available online. However, the event has some weaknesses. The tickets are not purchased online, and the festival has age restrictions. Residents dedicate time to making colorful carpets and put flowers on the church altar. Mexico City is famous for their unique architecture of churches. The event is characterized by dressing up in purple and black, carrying out certain practices to mimic the death of Jesus, processions and church services. On Thursday of that week, the presiding reverend in the church conducts a service and washes the congregation’s feet to mimic Jesus’ actions before his death. The men wear purple and carry crosses while walking in a procession (Hollander, Vacations, & Churches, 2015). Similarly, women wear black and represent Mary, the mother of Jesus. The flowery carpets are destroyed as passersby encounter them. In other churches, they act the whole event using actors. First, “Jesus” carries a cross and is tied to it after a long walk. On the other hand, Judas is also tied to a tower and beaten as townsmen encounter him. Afterward, believers throw him in the fire. Notably, the event attracts international figures, such as the former president of La Hermanand (Guatemala, 2014). The strength of the event is that it encourages Christianity and promotes unity. To mark the event, people lit candles and lamps. Families gathered for prayers and remembrance of the poor. The families also made a feast to share and exchanged gifts. Notably, sweets are also practiced in Diwali. On the day, children wake up at three am to prepare (Diwalifestival.org, 2015). The merits of the Diwali are the prayer nature and the sharing attitude it provides. Families are united, and make meals for one another. Aside from that, its celebration marks appreciation of God and his ability to provide. The weak area in this festival is its extravagance nature (Diwalifestival.org, 2015). Not only do people spend on renovation houses and offices but also on new clothing and feasts. Sadly, the Diwali does not accommodate all social classes. Opportunities, in this case, include a big sale for boutiques and business for malls and catering services. Threats, include overfeeding and overspending money. The actors enter the event through a red carpet where they are questioned and photographed. Also, every guest gets a gift bag. The celebrities sit in an auditorium, in this case, the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. The event is usually televised worldwide and hosted by standup comedians (Oscar.com, 2015).
