In Vietnam, they have seen the solution to end the deportation as negotiating with Americans, to deport only those pre-1995 immigrants. This is the solution they implemented. It is evident in America that some citizens have realized the implications of deporting Vietnamese immigrants and hence gave in protests as the only solution to ending this conflict.

Why readers have to be concerned with this problem?

For the leaders, I think they should be concerned with this problem because it is not just a simple issue but an evil, as I mentioned earlier in my paper. I firmly believe that taking concern on this matter is crucial, particularly to the American citizens who I am addressing. If we continue to hide and pretend that we do not see the war as an issue, we will be betraying our generation. Americans need to try to respond to this to stop many from losing a sense of belonging, being homeless, and exposing them in worst environmental conditions in Vietnam. The step of deportation might end up affecting a lot of innocent Vietnamese who did not wrong us in any way. The government has also spent a lot on financing policies to deport Vietnamese immigrants instead of focusing on important issues like poverty, which is a big problem for those who were impacted by the war. For example, our government would rather spend so much money to destroy one Vietnamese army officer than spending on two or three people living under miserable conditions of poverty. Hence this is the time our government must focus on helping those it made homeless.

Why should readers make efforts to solve the problem?

People should vigorously participate in solving this issue of deportation of refugees between Vietnam and Americans. They should offer the most support to help solve these issues. This is because their support will raise concern even to the government. It will be clear proof that they do not support the actions of the government. It will be a symbol of unification and resistance to illegality. Their support will help mitigate more of Vietnamese from experiencing hard conditions in Vietnam regions, which were bombed with toxic bombs. I know if the Americans support the solutions to this terrible action, we will be able to establish a pleasant international atmosphere with other nations involved in the initial war, which has led to this problem. We will have peaceful coexistence with them, and they will view us their friends since they have always seen us as triggers of conflicts and other social problems in their land (Fredrick, 30).

Ways in which readers can be involved in solving this problem?

Finally, I would like to mention that there are various ways through which we might be involved in solving the problem of deporting refugees by Americans' administration. We have the option of participating in protests all over the American States. This would be very effective as the government will see its illegality actions have been turned against by the whole nation. This is a good strategy that will make them seize their actions. Again, citizens of America may also monitor their leaders and impeach those who support illegalities like this conflict between American and Vietnam. Citizens are always given power by the constitution to monitor and control their leaders through actions which they take, their kind of leadership, the implication of their policies in the society, and every other social problem they cause. If a leader portrays one of these attributes, then definitely it is the role of the citizens to impeach that leader.

Citizens may also get involved in solving this issue by giving full support to the setup of the international court of criminals. This will ensure that all the leaders who commit illegal activities or organize for ruthless wars are tried and held accountable by the global war. In this way, most of the communists who facilitated the conflict will be at risk of committing any more egregious war crimes.

I think Americans sent Vietnamese back to Vietnam due to political and economic instabilities under the new communist government in America. Still, decades-aged criminal convictions was an influential factor in sending back Vietnamese back to their domicile country. This is during Trump leadership, and Vietnamese are treated this as they are viewed as people who leave in dark moments after the war, people who ca. These peopleute to economic or even political stability in United States, again most of them are offspring of American-Asians and are hated . They areca, and hence Trump feels they should be deported from his Country. At the end of war, there was the fall of Saigon in 1975, which resulted in U.S. sponsored evacuation program of an estimated 125000 Vietnamese refugees. This program accepted Vietnam refugees to reside in United States. Again there were diplomatic relations reestablished between Vietnam and America, and this favored Vietnamese refugees to settle in America. This is the reason United States accepted refugees from Vietnam after the end of the war. I think Trump’s administration is looking to deport Vietnamese refugees due to old criminal convictions. A considerable percentage of Vietnamese are indeed finding it hard to secure jobs in America because most of them cannot speak English. For them to get professional licenses to work in America, they must be able to talk in English. Most of them get jobs such as janitors, and again, California's climate did not favor Vietnamese working some sort of employment.
