To gain an experience in distributing salaries to workers B. Were you able to accomplish this objective? (yes, no, partially) Yes. C. Describe in 100 words or more your objective and give specific details of how you completed the objective. By learning how to distribute workers salary, I would have an idea about how the basic works in the company are done. Through this, I was able to interact with workers and observe the working environment there. It was not as easy as I thought. I encountered some minor problems such as locating and interacting with the worker. Eventually after two days of getting used to the job, I was able to fulfill the objective by paying attention to details about the employees and the amount of salary each one should receive. I also became friendly towards everyone so that I can establish good rapport with my co-workers. D. In 50 words or more what skills did you develop/demonstrate as a result of working on this objective? I was able to develop my interaction skills because I was able to socialize with every worker that I give the salaries to. I also learned to pay attention to details, especially when it comes to dealing with salaries of workers. E. In 50 words or more how did this objective benefit the organization/company? The company was able to benefit from the experience I got oriented as to how they operate. It also helped them that I tried to develop my communication skills towards their employees in order to establish rapport with everyone in the company. Learning Objective 2 A. State learning objective 2. To master the task of arranging worker’s files and CV’s B. Were you able to accomplish this objective? (yes, no, partially) Yes C. Describe in 100 words or more your objective and give specific details of how you completed the objective. I aimed to learn and master managing workers files because the task seemed easy and repetitive. But then, I found that it actually took me a long time to complete the work simply because I am not used with the task. Eventually, through more practice and focus for one week, I was able to pick up speed in performing routinely tasks. Practice means I repeat the process so that I would be acquainted with the task. Additional focus means making sure that I do the work correctly even if I pressure myself to get it done at the soonest possible time. D. In 50 words or more what skills did you develop/demonstrate as a result of working on this objective? My organization skills were developed because the work required that I should not only ensure that I arrange all files fast but that I also organize them correctly. I was also able to develop speed in performing this task because I was able to focus on doing task as fast as I could. E. In 50 words or more how did this objective benefit the organization/company? The organization was able to train me to work faster and efficiently. The sooner I’ll accomplish the task, the better more efficient the company gets because more jobs are being done. Arranging workers file and CV might be basic and repetitive but it is an important task to make the company more organized. Learning Objective 3 A. State learning objective 3. To learn how to make presentation for workers B. Were you able to accomplish this objective? (yes, no, partially) Yes C. Describe in 100 words or more your objective and give specific details of how you completed the objective. The objective meant to get used to the idea of presenting something to the public since I often do have slight stage fright when I deliver messages to large audience. I thought the task was daunting since it requires speaking to the public. I really anticipated that I would have difficulty in performing this task. However, it eventually became easy for me because I prepared my materials well for the presentation. I rehearsed many times, studied the materials properly, and in the end, I believe that the message I wanted to bring was delivered well across every worker. D. In 50 words or more what skills did you develop/demonstrate as a result of working on this objective? My communication skills were greatly enhanced because of this objective. I realized that my previous assumption about fearing public presentations were unfounded. I learned that as long as I am well-prepared, then I can perform public presentation properly. I was able to connect more with larger audience because of my improved communication skills. E. In 50 words or more how did this objective benefit the organization/company? The company can make use of my enhanced public speaking skills to convey significant messages to workers. I could be used to demonstrate and communicate information in an upbeat manner. With this, the company will be able to make meetings and other gatherings more lively and interesting for the workers. Learning Objective 4 A. State learning objective 4. To correctly revise CVs of the workers B. Were you able to accomplish this objective? (yes, no, partially) Yes C. Describe in 100 words or more your objective and give specific details of how you completed the objective. This objective is geared towards testing my skills in revising many CVs of workers in the company. At first, I thought I would have no problem in completing this task because I have always liked writing and revising paper works before. However, I found out that it took me a long time to focus on one CV. I just was not sure if my corrections were enough. I did not know when to stop the revisions. Eventually however, through reading more CVs, I gain more confidence in revising that work and was able to determine the correct pattern in writing a CV. D. In 50 words or more what skills did you develop/demonstrate as a result of working on this objective? I was able to enhance my writing skills as a result of this objective. The work made me remember my past lessons in school about keeping everything direct and simple when it comes to writing CVs. Also, I was able to gain confidence in making corrections because I made sure that I carefully check each work of the company employees. E. In 50 words or more how did this objective benefit the organization/company? The company benefited from my writing skills since it is important for them to ensure that each of their worker’s CV is well written. For the company, it is essential that the workers have a CV that is presentable to the employer. It is also essential that someone could double check and revise the works of their employees to make it more presentable and well-crafted. Learning Objective 5 A. State learning objective 5. To perform an interview with workers in the company B. Were you able to accomplish this objective? (yes, no, partially) Yes C. Describe in 100 words or more your objective and give specific details of how you completed the objective. The task is to talk to the workers in an interview format and document the entire process. Through this, I had hoped to be able to know the employees better and get their views about the work and the company in general. At first, I thought it was an easy task but it was time-consuming and I had a hard time understanding the language of the workers. What I did was to prepare my materials before the interview. I made sure that I prepared the right questions for the interviewee so that I would be less nervous and I can be myself during the interview. I also made sure that I brought the right recording equipment to document the interview process. D. In 50 words or more what skills did you develop/demonstrate as a result of working on this objective? I developed my interpersonal communication skills towards the workers in the company. I developed confidence in talking to people. Also, I realized that preparation is an important way to have your interview run smoothly. It is also vital to equip yourself with the necessary tools when conducting a live interview. E. In 50 words or more how did this objective benefit the organization/company? The company was able to benefit from the interview because it was able to hear the views of their employees. My task to interview people was significant for the company because in a way, they need to be able to get feedback from their employees to get to know their needs and sentiments. Read More
