Lessons for living Lessons for living Introduction In the of existing, human beings are charged with copious challenges which are an attribute of every day living. In the research compiled by Svoboda (2012) all life’s challenges have a way out. Nonetheless, these solutions can only be achieved and implemented in one’s life in the event of seeking assistance. Establishing these good relations, will without a doubt reduce the chances that individuals will get apprehensive and depressed in their lives (Svoboda, 2012).

Svoboda (2012) comes up with vital lessons useful for day to day survival in a convoluted world after careful collection of information regarding lessons in life. First, the author advocates for accommodating facts like, it is almost unattainable to change everyone around us; thus, more focus should be shed on improving one’s lifestyle (Svoboda, 2012). This is for the reason that most people who are corrected tend to take matters wrongly, and will complain of misjudgment. This also comes with accommodating the possibilities of dissatisfaction since this solidifies relationships between parties, especially with persons who are close to us.

Secondly, the author cautions against being too considerate on children, since nature takes its course most of the times (Svoboda, 2012). In as much parents wish for the best for their children, it is imperative that they give the children to discover facts on their own, as the future demands like dealing with the aggressive job market will be beyond their command. Parents should, as a result, be influential in instilling values in their children so that they can apply them in their future endeavors.

Svoboda (2012) adds on to indicate that proper selection of a mate is key in the quest of living a happy and fruitful life. This, he insists on mates that match the other partner but not the ones that always want to amend the other person’s way of life. On another hand, Svoboda (2012) indicates that a lifelong partner must endeavor to expand the experience of the other person. In this case, minimal conflicts will be witnessed in the relationship; thus, a peaceful lifestyle. Apart form having a supportive spouse, Svoboda (2012) is quick to indicate that one’s life cannot be complete without having strong social networks of friends who complement one’s lifestyle.

Just like a lot of persons engage in lifestyle decisions and changes, for instance quitting smoking, alcohol or even limit the amount of junk food taken in, the same decision must be made to strengthen one’s friendship circle. The more friends one has, the more likely they are going to get quick solutions for their problems. In the event that persons may required to leave their homes, it is obvious that their new lives will obviously be totally different from their past. It is this case that they require to make friends that will complete their lives.

This can either be face to face or even online interaction. Poor social interaction, in regard to Svoboda (2012) may be cause negative lifestyle behaviours like smoking or alcoholism. Friends will always play the role of comforters in the vent of pain and grief in an individual. It is in this line to this argument that Svoboda (2012) insists on strengthening on the social networks amongst individuals. Lastly, the author gives the last lesson that touches on life and love. Svoboda (2012) indicates that so as to live a stress-free life, persons must believe in the fact that issues in one’s relationship does not mean that love between them has died.

Among the indicators that make couples conflict is the fact that at times there is no touch between them and partners. This, according to Svoboda (2012), is a natural occurrence in any kind of relationship. At times it may be easier to solve a conflict than to mend broken ties. The nature of arguments between two people is vital in determining the kind of relationship that will thrive between the couple. However, couples are urged to always air their grievances so as to devise way forward in their relationship.

Since all humans are human, good living should be accompanied with the expectation that relationships will be bumpy. An endless effort to sort problems between the two parties is recommended for a happy living. Conclusion From the above piece, it is justified to argue that happy living involves total commitment between parties. In the event of confusion and mystifications, individuals are urged to seek guidance and assistance from other parties and guidance. Humans have also been indicated to be social; thus, a network of friends is important, being in love, accepting that not all things will go our way and letting children make their own decisions with minimal supervision.
