Not only this, a huge percentage of youth reside in various countries presented below through illegal inspection or legal inspection but failed to remember their address. Source: In addition to this, it has been evaluated through vivid research and analysis that almost 4.5 percent of the population residing within the country of Germany is unauthorized immigrants. Due to which, the total number of workforces in this nation is increasing at a rapid pace and stands approximately to 6.7 percent. Among these workforces, almost 18 percentage of the population is within the age-group of 15 to 20 years as presented in the below graph. Source: (Chan, 2013) The above presented workforces remain uneducated due to lack of financial aid and as a result, the rate of unemployment increases at a rapid pace in these nations as compared to others. Due to which, the living standard and life style of these immigrants are declining thereby reducing the portfolio and image of these nation in the entire globe among others. However, in order to save their lives, the government tried to offer varied types of financial aids to their children’s that improve the position of Germany as presented below: Source: (Chan, 2013) Reasons for which people immigrated to Germany The prime reasons for which, numerous individual immigrated to the various parts of Germany are stated below: Political freedom- in order to attain political freedom from the autocratic rules and regulations, numerous individual immigrated to varied parts of Germany. This might help them to enhance their living standard as well as the education of their children. Forced Immigration- a huge percentage of individual are forced towards varied nations such as US, Germany, Asia as forced slaves as presented below: Source: (Iglicka & Skrzypczak, 2013) Basic facts of undocumented immigrants Some of the characteristics features or basic facts of the undocumented students or individual are presented below: Treated impartially- the undocumented students or individual are not offered equal rights and privileges as compared to authorized green card holders. Due to which, it offers a negative impact within their minds. No facility to study in colleges or universities- the undocumented students or individual are bared to study in universities or colleges so as to earn a good living for him and his family. But presenting such type of facility might reduce the opportunities of the legal or authorized students of the nations that may not prove effective for the country. No facility for financial aid- the government of Germany or many others do not offer any sort of financial aids such as scholarship facility to the undocumented students in order to complete their studies effectively. However, if such type of aid is offered to the undocumented students then the scope of scholarship facilities might get reduced for the bright and talented students. However, due to such type of impartial treatment, the undocumented students feel extremely depressed and angry with their parents and get motivated towards anti –social activities. Thus, from the above mentioned information or facts, it might be clearly stated that due to the presence of such type of cruel behavior, the rate of crimes and poverty increases within these nations that reduces its economic image and growth. Proposition In order to improve the mental status of these students, the government might try to communicate with them so as to enhance their morale and trust. By doing so, they might get motivated to express their opinions in front of the authorities that may reduce their mental frustration and anger. Along with this, the government officials might encourage the college or university authorities to offer low admission charges from these undocumented students thereby fulfilling their motive of education. Various types of financial assistances such as scholarship facilities, books, notes and many others in order to enhance their level of inspiration and inner morale (The Spokesman Review, 2014). This might discourage them from the anti-social activities or crimes thereby increasing the reputation of the nation in the entire globe. Apart from this, the government officials might motivate the students towards the benefits of DREAM act that might offer them the facility of in-state tuitions and educational facilities. In addition, encourage the undocumented students to get admission in the community universities and institutions in order to complete their higher educations. By doing so, they might be offered good jobs with higher remunerations just as the authorized students with in the nation of Germany. This might prove effective for the undocumented students and their families to enhance their living standards and life styles as compared to others. Furthermore, by offering such type of above mentioned facilities to the undocumented students, the rate of economic prosperity and image of the nation of Germany might get enhanced thereby amplifying its rate of gross domestic product (GDP) and gross national product (GNP). This is because; these undocumented students might become the future of the nation of Germany thereby amplifying its economic status among others. Proof In order to fulfill the inner dreams of the undocumented parents, the government of Germany, decided to implement DREAM or Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors act. This act is a type of conditional bill that allowed the undocumented students to get admission in all sorts of universities and colleges of the nation just as the authorized citizens. With the help of implementation of this act, the undocumented students might attain a scope to enhance their talents and knowledge that may improve the chances to getting good jobs. Along with this, introduction of Illinois DREAM act also helped the undocumented parents to get financial aids such as donations for their children so as to get them admitted in reputed colleges and universities (New York Daily News, 2013). In addition, this act might also prove effective for the parents of undocumented students to get the facility of scholarship. This might reduce the financial burden from the minds of the undocumented parents thereby fulfilling the inner dreams. In addition, this act also offered the facility of attaining green cards of the undocumented students just similar to documented students. By doing so, the students are eligible for all sorts of facilities within the nation of Germany just as the authorized students. This might reduce the chances of criminal activities and frustrations of the undocumented students thereby enhancing the economic growth and profitability of the nation of Germany as compared to others. With the introduction of this act, the rate of unemployment and poverty also reduced thereby amplifying the rate of living standard of the undocumented citizens to a significant extent. In addition, such type of acts also reduced the economic disparity among the documented and undocumented citizens within the nation of Germany that proved extremely effective for it. Thus, it might be stated clearly from the above mentioned facts that introduction of these acts proved extremely effective for the undocumented students as well as the nation of Germany as compared to others. Refutation Immigration of undocumented citizens within the nation of Germany might also offer negative impacts. These are presented below: The illegal immigrants might reduce the scope of jobs- due to the introduction of DREAM act the illegal students might get the opportunity to attain higher education’s thereby reducing the opportunities of getting good jobs for the authorized students. As a result of which, the level of respect and dignity of the authorized students or candidates of the nation might get reduced. Disparity in the wage rates- the undocumented candidates might be offered higher wages as compared to legal candidates mainly due to his or her higher qualifications or knowledge n the specific field. As a result of which, the rate of interpersonal relationship among the employees may not remain good thereby enhancing the chances of conflicts and frustrations. Higher posts may be occupied by the undocumented students- due to higher education the higher posts of the organizations may be occupied by the undocumented candidates that may offer negative impacts within the minds of the authorized candidates. Therefore, it might be stated that implementation of these acts offers not only positive but also negative impacts (Education for Fair Consideration, 2014). Rate of frustration- the rate of frustration and irritation might also get enhanced among the documented students due to the introduction of DREAM act for the undocumented students. Therefore, it may not prove worthy for the nation of Germany in regard of its economic growth and prosperity. Enhancement of the attritions- due to the introduction of DREAM act, numerous higher posts are offered to the undocumented students as compared to authorized citizens. Due to which, the rate of attritions might get increased thereby reducing the retention of the experienced staffs within the organizations of the nation of Germany. Hence, such type of act may offer equal rights and opportunities for the undocumented students but might decrease the mental stability of the documented students in the nation of Germany as compared to others. As a result of which, it reputation might get reduced in the entire globe. Therefore, it might be stated that DREAM act offers both positive and negative impacts over the citizens of the nation of Germany. Conclusion Conclusively, it might be stated the economic stability and popularity might be attained only if the equal opportunities might be offered to all the citizens. Only then, the level of poverty and unemployment might be reduced significantly thereby amplifying the gross domestic product of the country. Along with this, it might also prove effective for the nation in enhancing its profitability and reputation in the globe among others. However, it might be possible only if the nation offers equal job and education opportunities for the undocumented candidates just as the documented ones. Only then, the level of distress and frustration among the undocumented students might get reduced thereby enhancing their level of inspiration and motivation towards new career opportunities. Such type of facilities might also reduce the rate of crimes and poverty from the nation of Germany thereby amplifying its economic stability. Not only this, implementation of such type of acts might also offer the facility of improving the living standard and life style of the undocumented families as compared to documented citizens. This might also improve the literacy rates of the citizens of the nation of Germany that is extremely essential for its development. Hence, it might be said that, introduction of DREAM act is surely advantages for all but its negative impact need to controlled in an effective and tactful way by the managers or leaders of the organizations or nation.
