The policy developed to adhere to the injury management protocols is the “National Basketball Association Concussion Policy.”The club also has a media policy that controls the players and staff on how they relate to the public through the media platforms including the social media. The club has a comprehensive player recruitment policy that sees to it that the local talents are utilized fully. The club has a player conduct policy that gives direction on the expected behavior of the players.

The London Lightning is a professional basketball team base in Ontario, Canada. It has been competing in the National Basketball League, NBL, since 2011 during the 2011-2012 seasons. However, the team plays its home matches at Budweiser Gardens under Coach Micheal Ray Richardson. Its success is determined by a various policies used in the management of its operations. In addition, the team has had a positive impact in the London’s community (Science, and Transportation, United States Senate Committee on Commerce, 2011).

The London Lightning team will make money through the selling of tickets for National Basketball League games. The tickets will be distributed across countries such as Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Montreal, and Edmonton. However, our main target will be Vancouver city since it will be hosting the matches for the NBL season 1 championship. In addition, it is a good income city following London, New York, and Syden. This implies that selling ticket at $ 312 will be affordable and will be purchased by a large number of fans.

Additional funds will be through the broadcasting revenues that include international and domestic broadcasting of the NBL games. Again, broadcasting will aim at all countries across the globe, especially London, New York, and Syden.
