The manufacturing of the Pin Plate is recommended through Die Casting. The Die Casting is manufacturing process for the production of units with high dimensional accuracy, and appropriate surface finish. The desired material for the Pin Plate, should be inserted into steel mould under high pressure, the material shall be molten. The vents shall be provided in the mould to prevent formation of air gaps. The molten metal should be poured through feed system, which shall be pump the molten material into the mould. After the insertion of molten material inside the mould, the pressure on the mould is increased during solidification.
