Proposal To: Penn States Center for the Performing Arts Subject: A proposal to implement the above mini-season for Penn state’s centre for performing arts. Introduction. I write this proposal to convey the importance of the above performances in the coming season. Taken to consideration, all these performances are strong options for the consideration of CPA. With this mid-season program, INART 005 students and other colleges and universities will surely be exposed to a mixture of performances that the performing arts Center will have to offer during the 2013-2014 season. This program has incorporated a variety of performances that suits people of all ages, races and class. This has been given high priority because the art centre relies heavily on both the student population and other members of the community to make up their audience. The variety of events will surely tackle the issue of student demographics as we hope to have a bigger audience than last season. All of the mentioned performances serve to incorporate in a significant way with the academic community, and offer cultural enrichment for the central Pennsylvania. All these performances are of the highest caliber, and they offer a diverse balance of artistic voices. I intend this program to incorporate both the challenging and familiar factors in Pennsylvania community. The considerations that I incorporated in this mid-season program include educational and entertainment value, venue, and audience demographics. There was lots of demand from the public to include Shakespeare’s ‘Romeo and Juliet’ in this season, at the time of valentines. Since the Nommo performing arts company is good in Shakespeare’s plays, I believe we will have good attendance. Some people say that the Doug Varone and Dancers was one of the highlights of last season. Because of this, I propose a performance nature by students of Penn state’s college of arts, and architecture centre for performing arts. This will bring huge audience. Conclusion In conclusion, I propose this because; implementing this program for Penn state for performing arts would be of tremendous benefit next season.  It would cause an increase in the number of people who will attend next season’s events. It will also bring an end to student and community frustration of poor and imitative events. It will also build good psyche for the remaining half of next season.   Thank you for considering my proposal, and for considering implementing this mid-season program for Penn state’s next season!  Works cited "What Is an Example of an Informal Written Proposal?."
