Organizational Philosophies and Technology The use of technology in companies has changed the face of the global economy. The world has started to shrink as a result of these changes and the accession of people to different quarters and areas of the world is an interesting aspect in the related context of things. Similarly, organizations have made a drift towards attaining more cohesiveness and oneness within their processes and tasks and for this matter they have undertaken measures to incorporate more and more use of technological regimes – for the betterment of one and all. In this paper, the emphasis will be placed on understanding the different mannerisms through which organizations add value to their strategies, tactics, activities, processes and tasks by making use of the ‘in’ mechanisms – brought together by the help and facilitation of the technologically advanced individuals who have worked day in day out to make their dreams a possibility. The world economy has grown in recent years. International trade has been the motivating force behind it. But with the more recent technological developments as well as reduced trade blockades, growth in trade is definitely on the rise. Developing counties have also stepped on this bandwagon, extracting the best out of their own respective economies through trade internationally as well as locally - within the country. The integration of technology into the business world and more so the economic basis has really proved helpful for the developing countries as they can promote economic growth, development as well as poverty reduction within themselves. World trade has been increasing steadily and so are the related divisions that come under the auspices of business world. It is also a fact that technology has made possible to touch those avenues which were unheard of in the past coming directly under the business umbrella. It is a fact that the business world of present times can have a lot of improvement within their ranks if they adopt the policy of working towards the establishment of different management systems that have an incorporation of technology. This would guarantee them a lot of success as their employees and workers would dedicate their whole hearted efforts towards the different tasks of the company as well as towards their own individual capacities. Once these technologically-assisted management systems are installed and are in place, we can have a proper check and balance mechanism as concerns to the people who are working in the company. One such of these management systems is the performance management systems within the human resources unit which makes use of the fact that performance is increased on the part of all concerned and there is no shortfall as concerns to commitment, dedication and devotion when at work. The performance management systems can ensure the right people for getting the bonuses, incentives and so on as well as point out the ones who have fallen short on the company’s expectations over a period of time. This would help in giving them rewards and incentives which will eventually make one and all happy at the end. Also this will continue their desire to achieve more and more within a specified period of time and thus come into the good books of the company. In return, they can be given all these rewards so that they could be encouraged in line with their work attitudes and ethics. The role played by the organizations in advancing their business technological regimes is immense since a lot of the population depends on them for their needs and wants. This is met in a fair manner courtesy the E-government initiative adopted by several different companies and organizations. All such innovations which help and facilitate the related process must indeed be given thumbs up since these try to solve the miseries of the people and it is because of these people that the business technological bases are in place originally. This further pinpoints the fact that the deployment of efficient technological system policies within the organization would indeed help it to essentially tackle its internal issues in a better and more cohesive manner. With the proper and sound usage of technology within the business, the organizational culture and related environment would be improved, where more check and balance mechanisms be in place due to a result of the same. This would mean that the employees remain alert at all times and give in their best as they are being constantly checked by the technological regimes and it is because of these systems that they will be rewarded for their hard work over a period of time, helped by the thinking of the top management. Thus the culture within an organization becomes such that it continuously enhances and there is little room of bias as concerns one’s ethical norms and the related bias for certain employees with the help of the top management. The fact that organizations need to evolve over a period of time is testimony enough for them to grow within themselves and thus adopt and hold on to a new path altogether, one that will be their torchbearer as well as reap rich dividends for them not only in the present times but also in the future. These technologically-assisted strategies within the business regimes are in alignment with the future goals and tactical perspectives that they fulfill what is really expected of them, both in terms of short term expectations as well as the long run. Employee involvement within the organizational philosophy remains an important thing here since the managerial leaders must definitely outline the exact plan which would target the employees and the workers in the most effective manner possible. Planning is thus the key word here and for any multinational to succeed in the long run, it is of paramount significance to have a safe and sound plan ready and not only that but also be proactive in its approach towards the accomplishment of the plan nonetheless. All said and done company cultures can benefit immensely in the wake of the changing technological bases since the consumers of the present times are aware of the slight changes and modifications that usually happen in the related scheme of things from time to time. It is with an earnest desire to succeed on the part of the organizations that we could see progress being made in the different industries in the years to come. For now, one can just appreciate the marvels that technology has brought about with it. References Helms, Marilyn M. (2002).
