Extract of sample "Why Mattering Is Significant"

I intend to become a teacher to instill the virtues that promote happiness in society. Besides, I find it pleasurable to guide students to understand the meaning of life and devise plans that would create awareness about the matter (Elliott, 2009). The video conference that I previously watched enlightened my thinking. I am willing to share my happiness for the good of humanity. I understand that several factors constitute happiness in society. However, I was surprised to note that people have different perceptions and understandings of the things that matter based on their literacy (Elliott, 2009).

Component two
The mattering project focuses on the importance of family in the quest to be happy. The project is important because I value family. Consequently, I intend to instill the same values in my students. Understanding this topic will broaden my knowledge and make me conscious of environmental processes. It will also allow me to fit into the school setting. I will easily adapt to different environmental surroundings. According to Elliott (2009), different environmental settings represent the values of the learning process. Several people value families because they promote peace and understanding in society. I will need financial resources to purchase materials for carrying out the project on mattering and the role that families play in societies.

Coordination of various stakeholders is necessary because of the difficulties that arise when setting up the plan. As such, it is difficult to simplify technical terms without consulting professionals because mattering affects education in different ways. It will be difficult to convince students from quarreling homes of the importance of a family (Elliott, 2009). The plan will need to focus on the importance of family because it grades above average. The introduction will focus on the major aspects of human development. Thereafter, it will discuss the factors that contribute to happiness in society. In this case, there will be a detailed discussion of family values. Lastly, I will need a projector for presenting the plan to students.

Component three

The project will enhance literacy among students because it will allow them to use their communication skills when addressing pertinent concepts in the curriculum. Communication literacy gained from the project will enable students to express themselves when faced up with difficult situations in families. Adolescent students will develop their analytical skills when assessing critical situations. In the future, I will consider demographic factors when coming up with a mattering project.

The consultations will lead to the development of effective projects. The project will teach students about balancing their needs. This will limit the confusion that mars families. The translation of the topic into various languages will take place after the presentation of the project. Students who understand the project will prioritize their needs accordingly based on the knowledge gained from the project (Bainbridge, al. 2008). The project will boost literacy levels and create understanding among students in schools because the plan is a school-themed project. Read More
