Although it can be something of a biased opinion when individual seeks to measure and weigh their own organizational and/or personal knowledge assets, the following paper will briefly attempt to analyze and draw inference upon these areas with regards to this particular author. As a function of this, rather than arrogantly demonstrating that key talents are exhibited, the ultimate purpose will be to make something of an internal assessment with regards to the extent to which these skills and assets exist and to what degree. Naturally, as a function of merely being a student and not having a broad range of subject matter expertise, real-world experience, or a long history of seeing key trends, it should be primarily noted that the overall level of knowledge and organizational assets that are exhibited within the student are necessarily limited. However, nonetheless, the analysis will seek to draw upon the level and extent to which personal, team, organizational, and inter-organizational knowledge assets are utilized and exhibited. Through such an approach, past experience as well as the scholastic information which is been utilized to inform this report will be heavily drawn upon. Firstly, with regards to the personal aspect of knowledge management, this is something that each and every student must integrate with on a daily basis if they are to succeed. Whereas many they claim that students are ultimately not required to integrate with many of the stresses and difficulties that the “real world” exhibits, the fact the matter is that students are perennially forced integrate with stressful demands, deadlines, and the pressures of managing and organizing one’s time to maximize performance within the given course. In such a way, the reader can quickly note that the individual who takes their studies seriously will necessarily exhibit high level of personal organizational development. Naturally, this is not the same that there is not room for improvement with regards the specific student; instead, this is only meant as an identification that even know high level of “real world” experience has not yet been garnered, effective means of personal organizational management are evidenced continually throughout the life academic career at this particular student in such a way, it is my belief that although there are doubtless many areas in which I might improve upon, this one aspect of organizational management and personal knowledge asset that is derived from is much higher than the others which we be discussed her in the course of this brief analysis. Conversely, if there’s any aspect students like that is necessarily lacking, it is with regards to their lack of experience in dealing with teams. Although much of the course work has necessitated students to work together as a means of accomplishing it more efficient and expeditious manner, the fact of the matter is, as compared to the counterparts in the professional world, students are ultimately disbanded regards to their experience and knowledge of working with and integrating with teams. However, it can be said that one of the most important aspects of working with teens is not necessarily the level and extent to which such a practice takes place but rather the expertise in which the individual engages in such a process. In such a way, rather than getting myself low marks with regards to my overall lack of experience in dealing with teams, I tend to believe that I am a valuable member of the team did the fact that I not only contribute to actively seek to engage with the other team members and try to find reasonable and manageable means by which to effect the goals towards which the project should move. This particular ability helps to segue the analysis into what will be the third measurement of organizational and/or personal knowledge assets. In much the same way personal aspect related to the ability of the individual to understand and attend to the many requirements that present themselves on a daily basis, the team aspect most appropriately related to the way in which the individual acted as a member/contributor. However, with regards to the inter-organizational dynamic, this relates to those situations in which the individual serves as something of a go-between with regards to a group, another group, or a manager. Again, with regards to this particular aspect, the student is necessarily at a disadvantage to the fact that their only a few situations in which a particular student might be selected within the group to act as a go-between and/or representative to the rest of the class or the professor. Although I’ve only performed in this function one time, it is my belief that it is something that I’m ultimately weak in. Due to the fact that I most comfortable with the information that I have prepared on my own, it is something of a laborious task for me to present and defend information that was not ultimately derived at my own hands. Similarly, with regards to what can be considered as the nuts and bolts of knowledge assets, I would find at the intellectual resources available to the student are at the very least average and suitable to the tasks at hand. Naturally, it is somewhat frightening to categorize and way the level of intelligence of the individual due to the fact that it is almost impossible to come to an unbiased opinion. However, as a function of the grades in the performance of that exhibited thus far, it is my understanding that I perform at or above the average standard and can be considered a helpful contributor not only to my personal educational process but also to those around me. Likewise, the knowledge base that I have to draw upon is ultimately shallow; however, it is expanding due to the fact that further course information, reading, and interaction with fellow students and professors has greatly enhanced the overall level of knowledge that I maintain as compared to even six months or a year previously. Ultimately, the understanding and assessment of knowledge assets is perhaps most important with regards to some of the more abstract knowledge assets that are oftentimes forgotten. These include but are not limited to the level of idea formation, learning, understanding, memory, insights, cognitive/technical skills. More than merely being abstract knowledge assets, these particular items can all must be understood as a skill set that although it can be improved upon is oftentimes naturally in born. Unfortunately, with regards to many of these factors, this particular student does not have the experience for the necessary insights in order to build these to a greater degree. However with regards to others such as idea formation, learning, understanding, and memory, these ultimately been tested and built upon since the earliest days of primary schooling. Naturally, this is not the safety skills average there optimal level of exhibition; rather, it merely states that the student would consider the skill set listed as at or above average and certainly capable of being integrated within a firm as a means of benefiting the organization in question. Ultimately, as a function of analyzing each of these organizational assets and personal knowledge strengths, it is been the firm determination of the student that rather than being able to wrap up an analysis by stating overall level of superiority, the only thing that can be boasted upon is the fact that only the very beginning of any type of expertise is represented. Instead, what can be seen to a compelling degree is the fact that most of the skill sets and organizational knowledge assets which a been discussed fall firmly within the average category. Whereas this may be cause for alarm in many individuals and may give them an ego problem, this is not the case with this particular student; due mostly to the fact that it was understood from the very beginning of the analysis that the overall level of skills and organizational/personal knowledge expertise that could be exhibited within a student would ultimately be quite limited. Rather than taking this information as a means of discouraging further application of learning, it should be taken as a means of encouraging. Ultimately, although many of these skills can be considered as something innate within certain individuals, they are most often learned through the process of experience and time. In such a way, it is only reasonable to expect that as further studies are conducted, educations gained, internships are completed, and first jobs experienced, all of these factors will begin to notice a marked improvement.
