Annotated Bibliography for Informative Essay Annotated Bibliography for Informative Essay Rationale There has been growing concern over the declining quality of education in different parts of the world. Most countries including United States have been concerned that the education standard, as well as creativity among graduate, is on the decline. The challenge may have arisen from the emerging emphasis on standard scores aimed at producing best graduates for various jobs. Moreover, teachers have been forced to emphasize more on scores rather than creating a culture of creativity. Hence, there have been graduates most of which are unable to be creative/ innovative. Therefore, my paper will seek to establish how education system is responsible for declining creativity of students or rather those in schools. The issue is related to core readings as it aims to show how poor education policies are responsible for the lack of creativity in schools. The research is relevant as it will be crucial to in highlighting the challenges facing education sector and bring insight in changes that can be implemented to improve creativity in school. In the research, I hope to discover whether schools are involved in declining creativity. He notes that failure of the education system to accommodate mistakes made by children will cripple their capacity to be creative. He also notes that the education system has focused on producing students that are only good at jobs and not creative.
