They reported that police personnel are recruited and trained, and further their performances are supervised in terms of tactical skills, human interactions and communication skills. Accordingly, the role of supervisors and their skills became vital for providing corrective feedback to the concerned personnel so that the personnel can identify their weaknesses and work on improving their performances.
