According to Bhatia (2013) in the recent past the issue of unemployment in the U.S featured prominently especially during the past economic crisis which crippled the economy of the country and thereby affecting the financial performance of many institutions in the country. As for instance, the query optimizer determines whether to use indexes for executing a particular query or not, and which technique should be adopted for joining multiple tables. Such decisions pose enormous impact on the SQL performance. The technology of query optimization is essential for every application ranging from analytical systems to content-management systems and from operational…

Computer Programming Language: An Overview The basic purpose of computer programming language is to allow the user to prepare computer programs also known as software. Though, in the past only the machine language (i.e. in binary code) was used to write the programs. However, it was very difficult to prepare a program in machine code. On the other hand, at the present there are numerous…

It is to see to it that the resistors used are not unnecessarily too many and that the value of resistance that they form in combination are the closest to the desired value of resistance. Problem statement Resistors are measured in SI units known as ohms. In a bid to ease the process of manufacturing in bulk, the manufacturers of resistors usually do it in some standard set measures. These…

Funnell and Rogers (2011, 58) stated that an effective social policy/ program needs to be able to overcome constraints arising from institutions, human resource, finance, and even politics that might be involved. In developing a social policy/ program, Funnell and Rogers (2011, 75-77) further noted that a theory is usually developed around the policy/ program, and it presents a feasible and…

The evaluation questions also collect critical information about the actual people who are expected to implement the program theory and if they currently have the capabilities to implement the proposed action plans. Thirdly, Farrell (2012) argued that through the evaluation questions it is possible to identify areas within the program theory that are weak and require improvements. Therefore, it is…
