The paper “New Dive Center - Level of the Competition, Demand of Products and Services, Customers’ Accessibility” is a detailed example of a marketing research paper. A business location is crucial to the success of any business. This is because the right business location gives the business the advantage of easy access to customers, raw materials, labor, and transport. A company’s location usually forms part of the business plan when starting a business. The right location can be obtained through a detailed analysis of the target market to make sure that the business will have easy access to customers and resources (HAWKINS, 2009).

People who want to start a business need to make good decisions in a company’s location and they need to understand the factors that are crucial in a company’s location decisions. When starting a dive center, it is crucial to look at the best location. This business relies mainly on sports divers, especially scuba divers. These are the people who usually buy diving equipment together with gas compressors that help to fill cylinders. These centers also offer facilities for the repair and maintenance of scuba gear, plan dive trips, and offer dive classes.

This kind of business also needs to find the best way to overcome competition and the best products and services, at the best prices it can provide. This project is about finding the best location to open the dive center from four locations which are Dubai, Abu Dhabi, KhorFakkan, and Masirah Island. This project is also about finding the best ways to beat the competition in the selected location, and how to provide the best products and services to satisfy the customers and get high profit. From the findings of this research, the researcher was able to identify critical issues to look at while deciding about the location of any business.

In conclusion, all companies need to comprehend that a business location is crucial to the success of an organization. It is recommended that companies need to do detailed research on a location before setting up a business.
