Middle class groups are normally spread all over the nation and the lower classes are that working class, who normally less talented peoples. So they achieve only less than the average income of UK. According to Marieke K. de Mooij, Marieke de Mooij in his book called “Consumer Behavior and Culture: Consequences for Global Marketing and Advertising” (Mooij et al. 2010, p. 98) talks about the various methods to determine social class of UK. According to him Upper class group includes the peoples such as higher- managerial, senior civil servant and professional persons. Middle class groups include principle administrator’s central and local government or middle managers. Lower class groups are working class groups. It is not possible for the lower class peoples to consult the private hospital. They normally go for the government hospital for the treatment. “Social class is a complex issue that may involve status, wealth, culture, background and employment. The relationship between class and ill health is not simple. There are a number of different influences on health, some of which include social class. This is demonstrated by multilevel analysis which shows health inequalities even between households living in the same street” (Health and Social Class 2011).
