Snow White’s unknowing stage is alluded to when she was running at night in the woods and being freaked by wilderness organisms as well as when she is crewless and still goes to private schools with the sucking life. They both become incorporated as they marry the Prince and regain their status. The puberty in this regard refers to process through which girls of initial high degree of social classes, Snow White and Cinderella are reduced to a state of degradation and she has to reaffirm their identities and worth to be heroines. They have to pass through a servile situation in total disregard to their earlier social classes. We see how both Cinderella and Snow White are forced by the respective stepmothers to abandon the Princess Title and reduced to house maid in their own household. With respect Snow White, puberty stage is seen as she stays with the seven dwarves following the threats and tension brought to her stepmother, she goes through physical hostility which culminates to her settling after escaping from the Evil Queen’s wrath. Despite the deadlock and confusing but vital stages in Cinderella and Snow White shuttered life span, they still emerged heroines based on their determinations. On the other hand, Cinderella symbolizes the noble, middle or upper social class women who have lost their wealth but has to reclaim her proper societal position. On the hand, Snow White also goes through the wrath of The Evil Queen and vowed never to relent in her dream and vision of happiness. As determined lady, she makes friends with the animals while amongst the Seven Dwarfs. This friendship would later helped her rescued after being tricked to eat apple as a wedding gift by the hag, the stepmother. According to Basile, Zezolla escapes Prince as she within herself an ash and dirt covered little Cinderella and hence can never be restored to higher level of life. Zezolla actions reflects rejection by those who should care for them. At the banquet, each maiden tried to fit slipper reflecting primitive excitement of each thinking of being the selected. This primitiveness symbolizes favorite in the eyes of the child’s parents with non in the family. Zezolla trades one bad mother for another and she is downtrodden to kitchen next to hearth. The hearth is covered with ashes symbolizing a mother with ashes symbolizing grieving. As Zezolla sleeps by the hearth reflects she is grieving for her good mother’s memory she owned once but cannot meet again (Basile 1992, 10). The tree cared for Zezolla symbolizes spirit of the good mother as it connects earth and life. The fairy tree is a sign of hope that Zezolla cannot be accorded by her stepmother. The tree is present for a long time preparing and pushing the child to fully grow and mature and hence believes that whatever is left is bad This filth and squalor positions prepares and hardened Cinderella to later affirm her heroine by passing the slipper test and permanently remain brilliant and a societal figure. Despite the intensive discriminate and being downtrodden, Cinderella appears worthwhile at the Prince Ball and the caught the Prince eye turning down her jealous stepsisters (Disney 1950, 26). Cinderella thus proves to be the rightful bride of royalty through the shoe test. Both Cinderella and Snow White have their rightful riches but they are deprived. Cinderella cannot even afford good clothes but favoritism featured amongst her stepsisters since the fathers will cannot be traced making Lady Tremaine to grab and sit on her rightful belongs. Conclusion In conclusion, the heroines have undergone through servile positions with a lot of determination without relenting. They are typically significant as they showcase how middle, low or upper class females that have been alienated can fight and restore back their social status. Body Functions of three Villains All of the villains are antagonists against the three villains. While Lady Tremaine does not physically harm Cinderella, both Wicked Witch and Wolf have physically harmed respective heroines. The Queen does this by ensuring that Snow white becomes poisoning the Snow White and she is apparently dead. On the other hand, the Wolf physically harms the Little Red Riding Hood by killing her besides having killed her grandmother. On the other hand, the Stepmother is determined to downtrodden Cinderella and to oppressively make her feel low and to curtail her dream of happiness. Both lady Tremaine and Wicked Queens acts as mothers. They both oppressively treats the heroines and would not stop at nothing but to ensure they have no happiness. They both make the heroines become made in their own house. Both Wicked Queen and Stepmother functions as antagonist towards the heroines marriages. While Cinderella is more beautiful and exposed than her Stepmothers daughters, the lady vows to derail her marriage by the royal family. In similar manner, the Queen is jealous because of the Snow White’s beauty which attracts the handsome Prince and hence responsible for her demise and disappearing into the forest. Lady Tremaine also functions as the stumbling blocks towards Cinderella’s marriage. She wanted to fix her own daughter to be married by could not pass the shoe test. All the villains are significance in the three fairy tales as they make the story unravel. Both Stepmother and Wicked Queen are remarried the wealthy widowers that though their daughters could get happiness but, they did that intentionally to oppress their Stepdaughters. They are used in the story to help showcase how one has to struggle to become an adult and fully restore her identity. Through their oppressive acts, the heroines had to prove their ability without giving up so as to represents how the oppressed can rise once again. The heroines are used by authors to show how the middle class females can be lose their richest to higher class but have to fight back to regain their rightful belongings as they did in the end by marrying the princes and living a happy family thereafter. The villains also represents how the oppressors are punished and the oppressed rewarded. Through their oppressive acts, The Queen is punished as she dances in red hot shoes until she dies while at the Snow White’s Wedding. On the other hand, the Wolf is punished as the charming hunter rescues Little Red Riding Hood and her grandmother by inserting heavy stones in his stomach and dies. In addition, Lady Tremaine is punished as she will be working as a servant in Cinderella’s palace. How the Stories Have Been Retold Despite other versions, the stories have remained relevant and viable. In ‘Angela’s Company of the Wolves’, wolf is portrayed as a werewolf and the Red Riding Hood as a charming hunter. He later turns into a wolf and fed on the grandmother and almost devouring her while being seductive culminating into lying with the wolf man revealing her sexual awakening. The Evil Queen appeared in Brothers Grim Version as the Snow White’s mother. She attempted three times to kill White Snow. She never died after issuing a poisoned apple to Snow White and invited to the wedding and punished by wearing a red-hot iron shoes as she danced to her death. Lady Tremaine appeared in Cinderella III forcing Anastasia to marry Prince and convinced him to forget Cinderella. Anastasia rejected her mother and she is punished enslaved the palace. From ‘Cat Cinderella’, it is the stepmother who is the protagonist and become tormented. The overarching oppressive themes are still felt by readers as in the case of Zezolla (representing Cinderella). The children only long for their dead mothers’ love hence Zezolla pursues the governess and has a hand in her stepmother’s death who is envious of her Charm, the Governess. Conclusion The three villain drive the oppressive nature in the films and the tales and have been used effectively to drive the oppressive themes. They stand out as the antagonist towards happiness and success of the heroines. Their functions and roles in the tale have been showcased based on their oppressive traits and hence showcases how middle class women have to suffer to restore the lost identity. We see how alienation has been brought followed by the incorporations when the prince rescue the heroines and have a better and new life thereafter. We have also seen through the villains how the wicked are punished and the oppressed rewarded. In a snapshots the features of the villains drive the fairy tales and we get to be encouraged on how to fight despite the harsh environment to achieve our ambitions. This has been shown by how the three heroines became determined and never fought back physically but cleverly vowed to achieved their dreams of happiness and better life and to ensure that the oppressed do not escape unpunished.
